A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

The studio is adjacent to our house. The independent entrance overlooks a separate plot of land from ours. Once settled in, you'll be able to admire the starry nights and listen to the song of the owls. You can hike, swim in ponds, discover a national nature reserve, visit typical and charming villages without forgetting Aubusson , its international city of tapestry, its workshops of designers, attend concerts and stroll through the second-hand stores...

Pleasant 30 m2 studio, ideally located on a quiet pedestrian street, a stone's throw from a large public parking lot in historic Montluçon. There are bars, restaurants, shops, parks and monuments nearby. You won't be able to find a better location to enjoy the charms of Montluçon! Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

Quiet house, completely renovated, ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside. 50 kilometers from Clermont-Ferrand, in the Combrailles commune of Condat en Combrailles, 20 minutes from the highway exit, in a small village close to all amenities. Close to nature, the chain of Puys, Vulcania, (40 km), the Massif du Sancy, the body of water of Les Fades-Besserve. Many curiosities nearby (hiking trails, ponds, rivers...).

On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and a fantastic view over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed views of the sunset and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead-end road.
