Wonderful compact townhouse designed and renovated for the comfort of those who stay in it. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites, an excellent American kitchen integrated with the living room, dining room and garden. Gas Charbroiler barbecue, swimming pool with optional air-conditioning (extra charge) and Jacuzzi (extra charge). Garage for two medium-sized cars. The property is close to the Municipal Aquarium and approximately 750 meters from the beach. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.
