good I recommend this stay. the location is great the quiet area to be in the countryside and spend a vacation disconnecting. the great area with field we were seeing cows , goats and many more animals since my daughter loves it. overall the whole house spectacular as in the photos. we felt right at home since the owners are awesome and great. thank you for everything

The place is in good condition and matches the description, I recommend it. The host is very friendly and responds quickly😊. On the site there are parking places but there are usually quite a few cars, also the site is recommended and cozy. Flexible check-in and check-out is appreciated, especially if you come from another autonomous community or a place far away.

The village is quite quiet and too country to take a hike or walk. The house was comfortable, had everything and was very good and warm for the huge space the house had. I wish I had taken advantage of the barbecue and the garden I had. We took a 4kg dog and had as much fun as the 4 of us. Eva's kindness has been magnificent, and how attentive she has always been and with the directions. With a mentality of being able to repeat again.

We were very comfortable, a very quiet area to disconnect and if you go with a pet you are in a wonderful environment and ideal for them. The little house has everything you need and lots of land. On one of our morning walks inside the estate we saw deer, an unforgettable experience.

We have been to Rocío's house in Holy Week with the family. The description matches what was described, Rocío has been very friendly and attentive. The house and the estate is ideal for going with dogs. We went with ours and the experience couldn't have been better. In our case one of the dogs is a mastiff and due to its size it managed to skip the closure to go to visit the cows of the neighboring estate. The house is located very well to visit the area: Luarca, Cudillero... in addition to being close to beaches. It was definitely a great option!!!

Roberto is a super communicative and kind person. The house is amazing! It has everything you need. It was clean and the host asked us a few times if we need enything. The area is quiet and its a perfect place to escape from the city! The only downsite we found is that the driveway to the property is very steep so it was problematic. The other thing is that there is only one private bedroom. Anyway, we can 100% recommend this house and we would love to come back here one day!

The best experience possible. We are a traveling family, numerous stays in very diverse places for many years, and we have never enjoyed ourselves so much. The house is spectacular, very spacious and with everything you need. You feel at home, there is absolutely everything! Toys, board games, appliances of all kinds, etc. I think part of the magic is that you keep discovering new things, new corners, views, etc. every day. And well, the views are breathtaking… typical Asturian mountainous landscape, green, with scattered houses. Waking up and seeing that is a luxury. And finally, Maria, the host. She was there for us at all times. She didn't miss a single detail. We'll definitely be back.

The house is a pass, it is very bright and if the weather accompanies you, it is a joy. you are 15minutes by taxi from the center of Gijón. we will repeat without a doubt

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

We had a very comfortable stay. Marta and Cipri have been very attentive@s. The accommodation has all the amenities that may be needed, cerce of recommended sites to visit. We would repeat!

It was great. A place that you keep in your memory to repeat. We have been attended by Sandra, who is a sweetheart and about the accommodation on a global note, we put a nine because getting the ten is impossible. As a note to improve perhaps a pelín the intimacy there are no fences between the apartments (which on the other hand offers you diaphanous views) and of extra pleasant things the heating by the underfloor, the staff who have taken care of us and how well they have everything.

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

Our experience at Mario's place was 10, we will definitely repeat. At all times she was helpful, and was willing to help us find restaurants or activities to do near the area. The house was spotless, the apartment very spacious and comfortable, close to supermarkets and located very close to Salinas beach. If we return to Avilés we will definitely contact him again.

A fantastic corner of the Cantabrico, a small house in the best enclave that can be found , a house decorated with an exquisite taste, with all the services to not want to leave it, if it were not for these panoramic views of the cliffs and that almost hidden beach of LaÑora, an exceptional experience, a phenomenal, friendly host who provided us with everything to make our stay an almost magical moment, for sure we will repeat , an unforgettable vacation

Everything was perfect, Carlos gave us directions for arrival and during the stay, which we took advantage of for an experience of 10.

The apartments are cozy and nice. There are beautiful parks in a walking distance, the grocery store is right next door. Having a parking at the same building is a huge bonus. The owner Pablo who met us at the check-in was very nice and gave good suggestions for a surroundings. All good, we enjoyed our stay

Great choice. Spacious, comfortable, living ("home environment"), clean, comfortable and bright. The porch/terrace, overlooking the huertín and the houses of the mountain across the valley, is a luxury. In the winter, it has heaters and pellet fireplace. The village is another success. Halfway between playa and mountain, with plenty to see nearby. Small, quiet, quiet, cozy, but with nearby basic needs (pharmacy, medical center, 2 bars/shop, cashier). It is the world capital of rice with milk ("requemao", as it should be), but they also make there the best hazelnut and cocoa cream we have ever tasted. Specify to a review above, that the toilet works well and you can flush toilet paper. What the owners (common sense) ask is not to throw wipes and towels. :-) Both Ainhoa and Ivan were charming, friendly and attentive, with full availability and due to any need. 8 days got short. We'll probably be back.
