Our apartment in a building of character from 1894 with exposed beams, it is air-conditioned and includes a kitchen open to the living room with Voltaire armchairs and antique furniture, 2 comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding.

Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park. In the form of lodgings you will find everything you need.

A 17th century house, warm and comfortable, accommodating up to eight people. The authentic charm, countryside, garden, private swimming pool (under video protection) will recharge you in a soothing setting (swimming pool from May 15 depending on the weather). The restaurant (a few meters away) is located in a 1930s-style winter garden with its traditional French cuisine.
