Ultra quiet area, 2 min walk to the cable car arrival, beautiful 70 m2 duplex offering a south-facing exposure to the ski area. The upper floor is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large sofa bed, a dining room as well as a master suite with its bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom and a toilet. Three balconies. All accompanied by a ski locker equipped with boot dryer. Max: 8 adults.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
