Welcome to the heart of a farmhouse renovated by us. You will stay in an outbuilding on our property. Accommodation located a 5-minute drive from the city center, in a quiet countryside offering a green landscape. But also about 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, the beaches of Carolles, Jullouville, Kairon and Granville. Close to the highway to catch Caen or Rennes, barely 1 hour away. Direct access to the GR22 which passes in front of the gate. GR 22 which leads to Mont Saint Michel.

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Accommodating 10 people, in a residential area 2 steps from the shores, you can rest there after a crossing and spend excellent evenings with family or friends... A hammock under the trees, deckchairs and a barbecue will allow you to relax... Not to mention the petanque court, volleyball net or ping pong table!

Ideally located, you can visit Mont Saint Michel, Granville, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Rennes, Fougères and the D-Day beaches. From the house you can access the GR hiking trail for beautiful walks. Departure for the bay crossings are in the village.

Spacious and bright cottage for 6 to 10 people, 120 m2 (main part) and 10 m2 (outbuilding) in the heart of Mont-Saint-Michel Bay. A great place to visit, walk, rest… with friends and family. This charming stone cottage has been freshly and fully renovated, with 300 m2 of land. Ideally located, 5 min from Avranches, 20 min from Mont-St-Michel, 3 min from the A84. Sheets are optional at a price of €15 per double bed - €8 for single beds.

You can discover the beaches of Carolles/Jullouville 30 km away or Saint Malo 60 km away. For your arrival, the beds will be made and you will have towels as well as tea towels. Pets not allowed.
