Habitación tipo suite, con baño completo dentro de la habitación, recién reformada. Mi hijo Leo se ha independizado y actualmente vivo con mi hija Belinda y aprovechamos para alquilar su habitación. En el centro de Granada, en un barrio que a pesar de estar a 5 minutos de la Catedral, no es turístico, es residencial, por lo que disponemos de todos los servicios necesarios. Zona peatonal, aunque se puede acceder con el coche para descargar, hay parking de pago alrededor. Sin ascensor, piso 1.

Casa Rosa II offers space for 3 guests, and can be booked in combination with Casa Rosa I for a maximum of 5 guests. There is a possibility of direct connection to Casa Rosa I. Casa Rosa II has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 persons and 1x 1 person) a bathroom with shower, and a spacious living room. Casa Rosa II has its own cooking facilities (luxury outside kitchen, and guests can make use of our breakfast service.

This suite is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, with separate entrance. The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

Bonita habitación en el centro de Granada, en el popular barrio del Albaicín Muy tranquila y a 5 minutos caminando de la Catedral y del centro turístico de la ciudad. Dispones de una cama de matrimonio de 150. Dispones de un baño completo compartido con otra habitación. La casa tiene una espectacular terraza donde podrás disfrutar de unos lindos atardeceres acompañado del canto de los pájaros. Estamos en una calle peatonal por lo tanto no hay ruido de coches.

You have your private entrance and there is airconditioning in each room.
