This loft with 2 suites and a living room with kitchenette was carefully decorated with luxury details, art and timeless design furniture. It was personalized to make you feel at home. It´s only a 5 minute walk to Tavira city centre, a 3 minute walk to the market and close to all the great Ria Formosa beaches. Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Old house with high ceilings of wooden beams, renovated and comfortable. With a beautiful small patio where you can relax. Close to restaurants, bars, terraces, shops, and supermarkets. Right in front of the river bank with beautiful views and green areas. 10 minutes by car from the beach and 5 minutes from the golf course. A 5-minute walk away there is a boat to go to Portugal. Ayamonte is a beautiful village.

Take a stroll through the streets of Ayamonte and see the charm of its architecture and, in addition to all this, walk along the kilometers of sand and dunes of the unspoiled beaches of Isla Canela and Punta de Moral.

Large private garden of 250 m. with lawn, trees, patio and recreation area with barbecue , sunbeds... under the shade of wyllinia. Access from the private street and garage. Newly renovated. Decorated with great care. Pets are welcome.
