Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ayas

We stayed for a long time in Fiona's home. Her communication was perfect and she was so helpful. Everything was all right.

Guido was a great host! Very friendly and communicative. His place was equipped with everything we needed, including food we could cook and pastries for breakfast. The shower was especially nice, so much that we didn't mind it being with external access! We had fun and would love to stay there again :)

We loved our stay here in Courmayeur. The location to Via Roma shops and restaurants as well as to the cable car for skiing were perfect. It was super clean and functional, and we enjoyed both the indoor area and the outdoor patio. Surrounded by gorgeous mountains, the town and home were truly wonderful! Paola was very responsive and helpful!

great stay at Melanie's!! We had a great week, Melanie took care of everything for us, the homemade jams are a delight! The house is at its best for large families or groups! And the sauna after a good day of skiing is still not bad at all!! We recommend the address warmly!

Beautiful location, quiet, our dog was able to roam in the garden. The terrace is one of the most remarkable. House clean and with everything you need, maybe a little small but for two ideal. Serena was very kind and flexible, we booked last day for the same night and she immediately took action to let us have the keys and settle in despite the late time. At home, there is a great book-guide for the most recommended activities, and the house was very tidy. Thank you.

Beautiful stay, recommended if you want absolute peace and privacy. The apartment is rustic but furnished with vintage, tasteful, clean and fragrant elements. Comfortable bed, heating in early March, adequate. Provided with everything you need for kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area. We were welcomed by kind and friendly people, present in the area, if necessary, but absolutely discreet. We had a good time, we enjoyed the silence and greenery, where our dogs were able to roam. Thanks, we'll definitely be back.

We had a great time at Piera and Maurizio's place. What a welcoming and extremely friendly people, always willing to help, give tips on what you were best visited... It seemed like you knew them for a long time. Also the dog had the same attitude. She sometimes came to knock at the door with the clear question: come play with me. She always welcomed us enthusiastically when we got home. It was wonderful to practice Italian with them; Piera also corrected me: great to learn that way! The house is located in a very beautiful area, you live there in the middle of nature but there is also a lot of beauty to be found on a cultural level. From the hosts you learned a lot about the local way of life and history. There was also a lot of information available in the house. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Fantastic experience and highly recommended. For breakfast we were provided with cakes of various kinds, sweet bread, muesli, all strictly homemade by the owner herself, in addition there were mountain milk yogurt and juices; in addition the kitchen was complete and prepared for every need. We liked the stay very much. Already at the time of booking Sonia was flexible and helpful. Once we arrived, the instructions (apartment on the 6th floor) were clear and made sure that we reached the apartment with our bags, etc. via the lifts (right next to the elevator). The apartment is cozily furnished under the sloping roof of the building. Many South American decorations and elements gave it a warm and cosy atmosphere. The balcony gives a fantastic view over the valley and the western part of Haut-Nendaz. The kitchen is small and equipped with every comfort and convenient with 3 different garbage cans for waste separation. Also nice how everything in the kitchen has a convenient place. The bathroom clean with shower (a bit low for tall Dutch people ;-) and bathtub. The building is about a 10-minute walk from the gondola to the beautiful ski resort Les 4 Vallées. Finally, Sonia regularly contacted us through Airbnb to make sure everything was to your liking.

To say that Rico & Phillipa are kind, generous, warm & welcoming would be an understatement. Above all, they're fun, charismatic & personable. Truly, they care about every single person who walks through those doors. The place itself was spectacular; full of breath-taking views. It was the perfect environment to reset, and without question worth the short hike.

Friendly, hospitable and friendly owners, top notch cleanliness and order, and great views. When we return to that area we will definitely book here again. Consigato.
