This small chalet/studio, in the heart of the peaceful village of Ayn, is conveniently located between Lake Aiguebelette (10 minutes by car) and the mountains, offering many activities in the immediate vicinity (hiking, paragliding, etc.). Located on our land, it is a self-contained accommodation with two private terraces, a small living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, a mezzanine bedroom area and a bathroom. Perfect for nature lovers and tranquility!

We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
