Looking out over Kilbrannan Sound to Arran, Daiglen is a magical spot to relax and unwind. Situated at the end of the road, the house has no passing traffic but is only a few minutes walk to the harbour and other amenities in the village. Otters, seals, dolphins and all manner of birdlife can be regularly seen from the house. Beaches and walks on the doorstep. Golf (9 hole) and fishing are both possible in the village. After a dip or a snorkel rinse off using the warm outdoor shower.

Parking is just outside the hut, designated to you only. Outside there is a patio area with hot tub.

It is a totally private secret escape. This is truly a place to relax and to get away from it all. Just sit on the deck, or take a stroll along the banks of the Loch. The cabin sleeps 2 people and is totally private. A wonderful location for fishing, walking and cycling, (or just chilling).

Relax at the edge of a loch, near Edinburgh

We have facilities for a baby, disabled persons and well-behaved dogs. Rural, 3 miles to the shops in Penicuik. 12 miles to Edinburgh and 10 miles to Peebles. The X62 bus goes to Edinburgh or Peebles every half hour. The bus stop is less than a kilometre away. It takes 40-50 mins to the centre of Edinburgh, depending on the traffic.
