Welcome to the ground floor apartment of our family home situated on a quiet street in the Pollokshields, Glasgow. Our house has generous shared gardens front and back, with a sauna, plunge and fire pit area for guests to use. The gardens are brilliant for younger children to explore, with a treehouse, mud kitchen, climbing frame, slides and plenty of trees to climb. We are creating a forest garden landscape, with fruit trees, native species, bug hotels and a pond to encourage bio-diversity.

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Sky Glass tv with Netflix etc. The hot tub is super. Breakfast hampers, Romance/celebration packages, can be pre ordered at booking. Pets are very welcome. We can provide cages or crates, food dishes and beds We have a treat/ toy box. Towels and blanket. Come and visit our lovely gentle animals and parrots. Covered private hot tub.

Mid Lodge provides spacious family holiday accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location in the exclusive grounds of Penninghame House. The luxury accommodation includes a large conservatory sitting room with dining area and just outside there is a large patio area with BBQ (available free on request) for outside dining. The bedrooms are finished to a high standard and the cottage has all you need for a thoroughly enjoyable break from the hustle of normal life.
