“Merve's Stone House Assos”, located in Assos-Arıklı, offers a stone house accommodation that is in touch with nature, combining sea, forest, mountain and historical texture (the ancient city of Gargaron), with a detached garden and tourism certification. It is suitable for guests who want to relax and explore the natural beauty of the region in a calm village atmosphere. It is a village connected to Arıklı, Ayvacık and Küçükkuyu. It overlooks Middili Island and the Gulf of Ayvalık from the slope. The distance to the sea is 3 km. The village is an old Greek village.

It is an off-grid house located in an olive grove. It gets its energy from the sun and its water from the rain. In the spring months, the garden is completely covered with wild flowers. On the upper elevations of the garden and on the terrace in front of the house, there is a magnificent view of Lesbos on one side and a view of the mountains and valleys on the other. You can take long nature walks during the day, and you can swim in the sea within a 5-minute walk. You can enjoy waking up in a house where you hear no sound other than birdsong.

The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We have opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live downstairs. Experience the beauty of our village with Lesbos Islands, full mountain and sea views, where 6 people can easily stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will accompany you. Assos port is only a few kilometers away from the historical Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu in 20 minutes by car.
