Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.

Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The cottage is inside the property but completely independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbours opposite and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. You can enjoy the pool according to the weather conditions. We provide linen: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a dead end with no traffic. Great for rest!

The Secretariat

The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture. From 05/15 to 09/30, if weather conditions permit, you can enjoy the heated and secure pool. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. Charming little old house, recently restored for an unforgettable stay! Close to the castles of the Loire (Chenonceaux, Amboise, etc.), the Beauval Zoo and the city of Tours, this stay can also give you the opportunity to go on a bike ride along the Loire or even a canoe trip on the river.
