Villa holiday rentals in Bacalar Lagoon

We had a wonderful stay at Sally’s place. The property is beautiful, the house has so many decorative details and the best part for us was the bridge into the water and swimming in crystal clear water. We weren’t missing anything at all, can recommend to everyone!!

Very modern and confortable place!

If you are looking for tranquility, isolating yourself from society and a good rest, it is the place! Very nice, very pleasant and very comfortable. They really take advantage of being in the middle of nowhere and will enjoy it. All are attentive in Aqua Viva They're gonna love it!

The photos don't do the place justice, it's definitely much better live, it's super comfortable, quite nice, you finally feel very quiet. The pool is sensational and in general the space as the common areas are beautiful. I hope to be back soon, because the place deserves to dedicate at least two dis to relax at 1000! I hope the next guests read this and know that they will have an amazing time. The only thing strange is that the night manager, which is a little strange, sometimes very friendly and at other times very serious 😐 or flat not attentive, however he does his function and does not bother you.

Everything is very clean and organized, Katy and her group of collaborators are very attentive and always on the slope, and the place is very nice

The place is as shown in the photos, it is incredibly quiet at night, a perfect place to disconnect and at the same time connect with nature since you are literally surrounded by it. The bed is super comfortable and the outdoor shower is quite an experience! The temperature of the pool is cool as it is in the shade of several trees, I loved it as we could spend a lot of time with board games without feeling the sun so strong directly. Katy was always very quick to answer my questions and send the necessary information, I would definitely come back!

The entire Mi Querido Bacalar team was excellent in the treatment and service. Great place, very private, with ample space and many areas. They offered us food service and it was very good, likewise the sailboat ride they offered us was a very father, the best thing is that all these services are from them then everything is facilitated. For group vacations and looking to rest and be in a private place I definitely recommend it.

A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

House was amazing! Communication with the host was great,fast responses and very helpful.

let me tell you we felt like movie stars in this place. the house was beyond beautiful , it was 8 of we split up into two and each couple had there own space with their own bathrooms & there was still a lot of space unused ,it was private ,secure ,with beautiful lagoon in the back yard beyond our expectations. Bartolo the house manager was extremely helpful, kind and received us with a smile he was there for whatever we needed , then there is Mirna she is in charge of cleaning the house she kept the house clean everyday and always showed up with a smile she was extremely helpful ,having a clean space everyday made the house enjoyable even more than it already was . They got us in contact with a private chef and his crew they were amazing food was great and worth the price . We accidentally left a wallet behind and between Bartolo Diego and Pedro they got it back to me Al the way to Tulum with everything in it can’t be more thankful for the best experience of our life .

Super clean and with spectacular views. I would only recommend a community kitchen area in case you want to prepare your own food. Everything else was excellent!!

We really liked the place. It's like in the pictures. I recommend to take a car as it is not that accessible. Katy's response was always good and helped us at all times We also liked the beach club Cayuco which is very close

Our stay was 10, everything was clean, with everything you need for several days of stay. The pool area is very nice and clean. The house has mosquito nets, weather, fans, which is very good for the outside weather. From the entrance the reception is friendly and cordial, attentive to our needs without invading our privacy. Not only did they replenish us a bottle of water, they placed it for us as well. They have the basics in a mini store within the subdivision, the other guests respected pool usage hours and music No loud. The road to get there is narrow but in good condition, they have surveillance cameras, so when approaching us with the car, the opening of the gate was immediate. personally we didn't need anything. Thank you, we'll be back. Ah, the Beach Club very quiet and good service.

all beautiful safe and quiet, there is always safety and friendliness of all those who work there, it is a little removed from the village above all xq there are construction areas and that makes it later but the beautiful place will definitely return

The house is in a very private subdivision, quiet and clean.The outside of the house is a pool where you can swim all the time.The room is spacious and fully equipped, very comfortable and convenient in every way, the communication is super smooth and the response is very timely.Thanks for everything!

Beautiful place 15 minutes from the center of Bacalar, in a more than quiet place. The pool area is very large and very beautiful as well. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Just a small accuracy for the sofa bed present in the dwelling: it lacks a little comfort and would not be suitable for one or two adults in my opinion. Highly recommend this place to families who want peace and quiet without being too far from the lagoon and restaurants in the center 😊
