Mystic Lounge - on the beach with swimming pool

Located right on the beach, this home has been renovated and decorated to be a relaxing paradise. The bedroom balconies face the water and have beautiful views! Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, new mattresses and pillows, flatscreen TV and A/C. A separate laundry room has a new washer and dryer and the spacious kitchen has all new appliances. There is whole house WIFI and cable TV which includes HBO. The home is in walking distance to restaurants and markets.

*Due to mayor construction is Progreso, trailers and trucks have been temporarily detoured to our street, possible traffic and noise* Mare Lindo is an old casona completely remodeled and upgraded to house 3 independent studios. After several years of managing vacation rentals in the Progreso area, Mare Lindo is our first project of our own. We took into consideration all the do's and don'ts when preparing a property for vacation rentals.

Apartment in one of the best areas of Merida Yucatan Mexico, comfortable. How much with amenities, pool, TV room. And amenities such as covered parking, washer-dryer, refrigerator, full kitchen, TV, internet among others. Close to Plaza Altabrisa where you find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and very accessible transportation. 25 min from the nearest beach, great location.
