Cozy and traditional 200-years-old house

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

Wir bieten euch eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine). Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer. Zwei der Schlafzimmer besitzen je ein Doppelbett, eines davon hat auch eine Schlafcouch. Das dritte hat zwei Einzelbetten. In jedem Zimmer ist auch ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Je nachdem in welchem Zimmer Ihr aufwacht, seht Ihr zu den Felsen oder zum Wasser hinaus :)

From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
