Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the "Höllbachtal" nature reserve, between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. We offer a beautiful small house -approx. 100sqm with its own entrance and a wonderful view of a green garden. Our house is 200m from the center of Neustadt Donau and about 5km from Abensberg. From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away.
