This lovingly furnished studio is more than just a place to stay. It is a true home away from home. Abundant natural light and a quiet setting create a warm atmosphere where guests can arrive, unwind, and relax. The apartment is peacefully located in a well maintained residential building and is offered during my world journey to guests who value mindfulness, respect, and unique places. Dogs are very welcome, and sustainable travel is supported with a charging option for electric vehicles.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

The apartment with approx. 55 square meters is located on the first floor with a separate entrance. Equipped with a walk-in shower, box-spring bed 180 × 200 m, flat-screen TV, large sofa bed for two children or 1 adult, not suitable for 4 adults, electric blackout blind, as well as fast free Wi-Fi. A fully equipped small kitchen with all the utensils you need, including a dining area for 4 people. The stylish furniture and color scheme invite you to relax and unwind.

Relax on the wildlife farm

Relax in our quiet accommodation in a unique location. Enjoy your morning coffee away from the noise of the city while looking out at our game reserve from the terrace. Right outside the front door, you can start on the kilometers of cycling and hiking trails of the Fichtel Mountains. The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

We rent out our beautiful apartment NERO in the immediate vicinity of the Ochsenkopf, the Fichtelsee, beautiful forests, natural ponds and barefoot paths. Here you can romp around, experience pure nature and tranquility, collect herbs and strength and go swimming in low mountain lakes, leave your car and be free.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet location for hiking, cycling, working or just relaxing. The apartment has its own entrance and terrace. The open fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker) offers space for a family or max. four people with a large dining table and an additional sleeping option. The living room is equipped as a passageway to the shower and toilet with a desk and another sofa bed.

Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Beautiful 3-room apartment near the Hermitage, the golf course and the Lohengrin spa. Downtown Bayreuth can be reached in minutes. Excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity are Franconian Switzerland, the Fichtel Mountains and the Obernsees thermal baths.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
