A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

With about 950 inhabitants, Halsbach is the smallest municipality in the district of Altötting. The small town is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps and impresses on "föhnigen" days with good distant views with a magnificent view of the Bavarian mountains. The nearby pilgrimage site of Altötting with its churches and Christian sights, the longest castle in Europe in Burghausen and the proximity to Lake Chiem make the region the ideal starting point for a vacation in Bavaria.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Residential location at the end of a dead end road. In the garden you will find loungers and hanging chairs and you can relax. The living room with the large window offers a direct view into the garden. The kitchen was newly installed in 2023. The bedroom offers direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is modern and elegant, has a shower & bathtub - the toilet is separated. The "Waldwunderweg" [Forest Wonder Trail] starts a few hundred meters from here.

The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.
