2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Living in Württemberg

Between vineyards and the city, you will live in a quiet, bright 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor of our house in the Untertürkheim district. Hikes to the vineyards, to the grave chapel on the Rotenberg or visits to wineries in the region can be started directly from the house. Daimler Museum, Cannstatter Wasen, Schleyerhalle and MHP Arena are also very close. With good public transport links (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, bus) you can reach Untertürkheim station in 10 minutes in downtown Stuttgart.

Stuttgarter Altbau-Charme

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! :-) Sie liegt im Stuttgarter Osten unweit des Cannstatter Wasens, des Daimler Museums sowie der Porsche Arena. Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Stay at the Altenburg/Cannstatt

The rooms are located in a terraced house on the Altenburg in Bad Cannstatt. That's where my husband and I live. You reach the accommodation via a shared staircase, but have your private area with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. High ceilings with a view of the beams give the apartment a cozy atmosphere. From here you can see the TV tower and reach both the city center and Bad Cannstatt in less than 15 minutes. Wilhelma, the stadium and the Mercedes Museum are easily accessible.
