Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. We have lovingly and ecologically renovated our construction trailer, trying to preserve the old. There is a large bed (2.50 m x 2.00 m), a wood-burning stove that makes it cozy and warm, a gas stove, an outdoor shower that is turned off in frost and a compost toilet. You are in the middle of our small farm in a single location with an organic shop. Train station - Sandhagen (Rostock-Wismar) in 700 m as the crow flies. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Otherwise, by bus and train.

The Baltic Sea can be reached in 14 km, forest and meadows on the Kühlung - the Way of St. James leads through the village and the hiking trail starts in front of the door. The deer jump on the edge of the horse paddock and if you look closely, you will see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese or cranes flying over the farm. Cozy apartment "Alte Post" Our apartment is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Börgerende-Rethwisch, a small village close to the beach (4 km). Our central location makes us an ideal base for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car can be left behind, thanks to the connection to public transport. Upon arrival, a visitor's tax is charged, which is €2/person in the high season and €1/person in the low season. Pet fee per night €10

Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

Parking is available on our property. There is also a small terrace in the garden. It is only 10 minutes to the beach, the marina and the city. There is also very good shopping nearby. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.

Our exclusive vacation home Somerset is located in a walking distance of about 350 m as the crow flies to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The house was built in 2019 in massive construction and extends over 3 floors including underfloor heating, on approx. 90 square meters of living space. The bright and friendly semi-detached house furnished in a maritime style can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
