Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Small, cozy, friendly, bright and quietly located apartment in the center of Markranstädt. Close to Kulkwitzer Lake, not far from Leipzig, Neuseenland, Nova Eventis and the Brehna outlet center. For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the house, overlooking the countryside. In the spirit of corona, we are doing everything we can to comply with Airbnb safety standards.

The 120 m² holiday home is idyllically situated on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 separate floors, each with a bedroom and living area, as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 1st floor, you will find bedroom 1 with bathroom 1 and the sauna, which is exclusively available to you. On the 2nd floor you will find bedroom 2 and bathroom 2 (see photo tour). On the ground floor, a farmer's kitchen invites you to cook. The farm can be used freely, and a terrace invites you to relax.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

In the semi-basement with large daylight windows there is a double bedroom and bathroom next to a living room/kitchen. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed. Newly renovated apartment with the best connection to the local recreational areas of the Leipzig Neuseen landscape. Due to the close connection (4 km to the A9, 2.5 km to the A38) to the highways, you can reach the center of Leipzig, 19 km away, in about 30 minutes. In just a 2-minute walk, you can reach our outdoor pool. 1 km to the east is the Lützen zoo and climbing forest together with the Gustav Adolf II Memorial.

Apartment with balcony & fast in the center of Leipzig

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

Leave your worries at home and enjoy a spacious house with plenty of room for friends and family. Only 5 min to Lake Cospuden (Cossi) by bike, 10 min to the wildlife park and 20 min to Leipzig city center.
