The apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-family house in the Sportwelt Amadé Austria with private parking. The rustically furnished apartment in a quiet location consists of 2 bedrooms, shower,toilet separated, kitchen-living room (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge) cable TV, radio. Upon request there is a cot. In summer there is the possibility to use the in-house south-facing terrace with sunbathing lawn and pool as well as the garden grill.

This is an entire apartment with a great view to the Gastein valley! The apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed; a charming living room with a dining table in front of the big window. There is a pull-out sofa placed in the living room, suitable for 2 persons as well. The kitchen is newly renovated and has cooking basic available for guest (e.g. coffee to start mornings). There is a shower available in the bathroom with a washing machine and one toilet separately.

Summer or winter - vacation in Austria

The place is 8 km from Maria Alm and 14 km from Saalfelden. Other places nearby: Zell am See can be reached in 30 minutes after 28 km and Dienten am Hochkönig after 7 km in 10 minutes. Hinterthal is located at the end of a valley and in winter there is a direct connection to the Hochkönig – ski swing with 33 lifts and 120 kilometers of slopes. Snow reliable from Christmas to Easter. 40 km of groomed trails in the area also make the heart of a cross-country skier beat faster.

The apartment is located in the district of Schüttdorf/Zell am See in a quiet side street. A private parking space is right in front of the entrance. The entire living unit is on the ground floor, and a private front garden invites you to relax outdoors. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATM, bus station. Free ski bus to Kaprun is only 300 meters away. The new Areitbahn gondola with ski school is only 700 m away and is within walking distance.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Das ca. 38 m2 große Apartment befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus, im ersten Obergeschoss. Es besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV, Schlafcouch, Balkon, Kleiderschrank, Küchenzeile, Essbereich, Garderobe und einem großen Bad mit Badewanne und WC. W-Lan, Parkplatz sowie die Nutzung des Skikellers, sind kostenlos. Wir als Deine Gastgeber wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Dein Eingang ist natürlich separat.
