Historic Guest House at Gries 5

The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & air lime, clay colours. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted ceiling, approx. 500 years old, was discovered on the 1st floor.

Bring your family and friends to my accommodation – with space for fun and entertainment. There are many rooms available, as well as a large garden with a slackline and a table tennis table. A barbecue and bicycles are available on request. Indoor and outdoor games are available. There is parking right outside the door. There are many activities in the area, such as a climbing park, a reservoir, a bowling alley, an escape room, etc. Everything is there for you to enjoy a relaxing and hassle-free holiday.

Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Vacation home in the heart of Ziegenrück, the "Pearl on the Thuringian Sea" We have lovingly renovated the house with ecological materials and given it back the old charm of 1904. Up to 12 people can now be accommodated on 200 m² on 3 floors. The rooms are airy, with historical details from many decades. The house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Slate Mountains, in the immediate vicinity of the Hohenwarte reservoir, the ideal area for hiking, biking or canoeing.

Beautiful residential church in the south of Leipzig

Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. On cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there is a grill, garden furniture and various play options.
