Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

The ideally located apartment is located in Carl-von-Ossietzky-Str., in the middle of the very popular Paulusviertel. It is located on the first floor of a Wilhelminian building and has a separate bedroom, a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed and a separate kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, with the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room. Two children can comfortably accommodate two adults if they like each other very much.

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
