For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
