The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or within walking distance in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn [suburban train] goes 25 minutes directly to the Laatzen/Hanover trade fair or in 17 minutes to the city of Hanover.

Completely secluded at the edge of the forest and with great views over the Lower Saxony fields, time stands still. Families and peace-loving people can spend unique hours here. Make yourself comfortable in a 1-room apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, which we have furnished with love and care. In addition, we have purchased furniture made of recycled wood and the upholstery is made of recycled plastic :-) You are welcome in our garden and can pick some fresh herbs for dinner. This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
