The apartment is located close to the famous old Viennese wine village of "Grinzing" and the surrounding hills, "Kahlenberg", "Cobenzl" and "Leopoldsberg". There is also easy access to the city centre in less than 20 minutes by tram.

Our "B&B am Park" has been completely renovated this summer. It is the perfect place to relax after a long sight seeing day or after a hard day at work. The apartment is located close to the metro station U3 Rochusgasse. Many sights are in walking distance.
