On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Zum Bahnhof braucht ihr von der Wohnung ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche. Im Hinterhof findet man im Sommer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Frühstücken. Es befindet sich ein großer, kostenfreier Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
