You are in the old town, near the Outdoor Museum, the Therme and the Kurpark. My place will be around the corner for your attention to detail, tranquility, the view of the storks ( in summer ) and the restaurants. Couples, spa guests, solo travelers, small groups, business travelers and people who are not looking for the 0-8-15 variant of a vacation rental will feel comfortable here! Cozy, unique and stylish - this roughly describes the approx. 260 m² large and approx. 330-year-old vacation home Ickelhaus 3 in a few words. Up to 14 people can spend quiet and relaxing days in a rural setting - Steigerwald/Romantic Franconia. The days can be filled with cooking together, working, chilling in front of the fireplace, relaxing in the garden, cycling, hiking, city tours, wine tasting, wellness, museum tours, etc.

Farm apartment 1 - Gate to Paradise - 1 bedroom

In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two people. Ideal starting point for cycling or hiking in the beautiful wine paradise of Franconia and the Steigerwald. A feeder to the Jacobsweg leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15 hours.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

Cosy 2 room apartement in the heart of franconia

Welcome to the romantic heart of Franconia. Bad Windsheim is surrounded by the cornfields of the "Windsheimer Bucht" embeded by the hights of the "Frankenhöhe". To the east you can see the vineyards of Ipsheim with the medieval "Burg Hoheneck". Cities of interest are Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Würzburg, Bamberg and Nuremberg, which can be reached within 1 hour by train or car.

Very spacious apartment of about 260 m2 (2700 square feet) in a baroque manor with two living rooms and four bedrooms. The landlord lives in the same building on another floor. Entrance must be shared with landlord and a cat. Cats might have entered a bedroom before at some point, so beware people allergic to cats! (no cats in the house momentarily)

Cozy attic apartment on the 3rd floor

The cozy 1 1/2 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. We are very keen to make our guests feel comfortable, so we have changed a lot in the last year and, among other things, bought a new, wider bed, replaced the couch and created a reading corner that can quickly be modified into a second bed in the other room 😊
