The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home

The pool is for the private use of the loft and house. Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you can reach Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, a shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB. Located a 7-minute drive from the UAB.

Fourth floor without elevator (as in all the old town). Ideal for teleworking, very good Internet connection. Available in long season.

The trails that run through the natural park start just a few metres away. It's a perfect place to walk and totally disconnect if that's what you're looking for. But also the neighborhood has an excellent public transport connection to downtown Barcelona.
