Cozy bungalow in a climatic health resort

Hello dear visitors! I rent my bungalow renovated in 2018 including a garden with a grill, fireplace and sun loungers. You are welcome to use everything. The rehab clinics can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the castle park ( 2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream shop, as well as a pedal boat rental. For guests who are guests with us for tourist purposes, we have to pay a tourist tax of €1,- per person per night. Oli

The accommodation offers you upscale amenities with a fitted kitchen and everything you need to live and relax. A TV with Netflix and Prime Video as well as Wi-Fi are available. The apartment is located in a bungalow directly on a huge forest that invites you to take a walk. The journey time to the city or the VW factory is less than 10 minutes. Our old power plant is located in the heart of Oebisfelde, near Wolfsburg. Feel at home in our modern furnished apartment. For your daily needs, you can easily reach many things on foot: grocery stores, doctors, a bank, a hairdresser, a park and a train station. You can reach Wolfsburg Central Station in just 9 minutes by train. Parking is available directly on our farm – even for larger vehicles. You are also welcome to use our garden seating area.

Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor in an absolutely quiet location

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.
