It's just a few kilometres from Melbourne's CBD. Elwood boasts some amazing restaurants, cafes, and the beach—and it's all a short distance from the apartment. Ripponlea Railway Station is short 10 minute walk from the apartment.

The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. Cheerful, airy, budget studio apartment in top location, with free Netflix. Freshly renovated with wonderful views. Cosy size ( 24 m2 internal and 8m2 balcony) , but well appointed, and near trams and trains. On the second floor, with no lift ( sorry). A perfect getaway for exploring the cool bars and eateries of Prahran, South Yarra and St. Kilda, and a short stroll to Albert Park Lake. Great for singles, or couples who are okay with a double bed. Aircon, Wi-fi.
