Totally independent studio, on the ground floor of my newly built house, in a small subdivision, 2 minutes from the center of MARTEL. From the courtyard, overlooking the village with the "truffadou" steam train in the foreground. Martel is a cute medieval town in the north of the lot, a dynamic village with all shops. Numerous sights close by. I live above the studio, I have 2 adorable cats and 1 dog (golden retriever) that you may come across.

Renovated house in the heart of Martel, 5 minutes walk to Place de la Halle. Located on a quiet street near shops and restaurants. The street is one way, very little traffic. Possibility to park on the street without any problems. Linens and bath towels are provided. The house is not suitable for people with limited mobility (presence of stairs).
