Charming little studio (12m² + shower room), very functional, on the ground floor of a quiet villa in Balaruc-le-Vieux. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, mini-oven, microwave, washing machine...). Shower and real comfortable bed in 140. Private closed parking. Local by bike. Small terrace. Special rate for spa guests (duration 21 days) depending on the period. Sheets (140 cm bed), bath towels, shampoo and soap with a supplement of €20 per stay. Cleaning to be done by the guest upon departure.
