The studio is charming and is 20 m², very well laid out, in a secure residence, with a secure bike room, overlooking the countryside, with a panoramic view and no buildings opposite, a swimming pool, free communal parking, a terrace and a boules court. It is very, very quiet, as you can see from my comments.
