Charming studio with terrace, on the 1st floor with lift, 10 minutes' walk from L'Étang beach. All activities are also 10 minutes away. All linen is included and changed every 10 days for long stays. The studio is charming and is 20 m², very well laid out, in a secure residence, with a secure bike room, overlooking the countryside, with a panoramic view and no buildings opposite, a swimming pool, free communal parking, a terrace and a boules court. It is very, very quiet, as you can see from my comments.
