Welcome to our house Verdandi! Our house is located on the mountain in a beautiful panoramic position on the edge of the forest (about 1.5 km from the center of the village). The small mountain village of Sibratsgfäll on the edge of the Bregenz Forest is located at 930 m above sea level. Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our "Hüs 4" for up to 3 people has a large double bed, a sofa bed and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet (towels & linens are provided). It has a small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee maker (Senseo) and kettle, as well as some dishes, cutlery and glasses. The smart TV has the option of streaming (via your own account) and satellite reception. And the balcony with seating area has a great mountain view.
