Bobby’s place was great for my birthday weekend!! It felt right at home and more ❤️ The only thing I can complain about is that there are barley corner stores lol but that has nothing to do with how great of a host Bobby was, thank you! I hope to come visit again 🙂

Great accomodation for a visit to New York. Hoboken is pleasant, the bus, train and ferry connections to Manhattan often and easy. Pubs and a supermarket around, the neighbourhood is enjoyable by day and quiet enough for a good sleep by night. Above that we felt safe the whole time. The flat was tidy and corresponded to the description. We liked to stay there as it is lovingly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things you need when being on tour. We appreciated the good bed for a good sleep, liked the design and enjoyed the many small amenities to discover bit by bit. Above that Tim and Dianna are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und es war über Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Kaffee, Salz und Pfeffer das Wichtigste bereits da. Die Kommunikation mit Mignon hat auch super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind viele Shops, auch Lebenmittelläden. Um nach Manhattan zu kommen, konnte man verschiedene Buslinien nehmen, das hat super geklappt. Ich empfehle hier die Linie 159X, da der Bus ein Stück am Hudson River entlangfährt und man einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

My husband and I was up for a quick weekend stay and the place was perfect for us. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Antonio was very quick with any question that came up. Would recommend this place and would book again.

126路车从Port Authority Bus Station来回单程十多分钟（等一趟大概十分钟左右，我们早上6点到晚上10点坐都是这个频率），这个车站算在中城，离第五大道时代广场很近，而他家的站台在第十街下车（看到Peper&Parlor商店就下），走路3分钟就能到（拐角有一个小超市很方便买点零食），总之地理位置相当不错。房子地板太老了，每天都要轻轻走否则声音会很大，厨房有你想要的几乎所有工具，餐巾纸也很足，微波炉冰箱烤箱烤面包机锅碗瓢盆咖啡机啥都有，进房子就有一股好闻的香薰味，有非常可爱的手工皂也有各种导游小册子还有特别多的小细节可以自己去找（拍片特别好看），有两个储物空间可以在里面找到被子，洗澡水很舒服就是水的力道稍微有点软绵绵，没有梳子牙刷牙膏，其他的问题房东都会迅速告诉你解决方式或者帮你解决（沟通顺畅回复的很快，房东会说中文）。房东是光脚走路在房子里的（说明了一些干净程度），床品有污渍（大概是洗不干净的那种），如果不是洁癖（我妈会用酒精重新抹一遍的那种），基本会感觉很干净。4月中旬依旧很冷，太阳早上有的时候很暖和，窗子可以抬上去用纱窗通风，有一个做的仿真暖炉吹热风很有氛围也很实用，客厅的那个空调感觉只能吹冷风（或者我不会用），小房间有一个暖气片也不知道怎么开。从下公交就看到整个街区很安静安全而且很整齐美丽，离海边公园（眺望曼哈顿）走10分钟不到，下车点有餐厅商店一条街和各种超市，麦当劳也步行10分钟左右也有，房东非常友善好客，离开就会不舍得。（房子布置太漂亮了，好奇宝宝和爱拍照的宝子们会很喜欢的）。

It was a very cozy space and definitely worth the price! Henry was very responsive and helpful, definitely recommend!

This place was very cute and comfy. Very clean and easy to get into. The host was pleasant and responded in a timely manner.

Ayana’s place was solid. Clean, comfortable, and set up with everything I needed. The vibe was chill, and it felt like a real home base while I was in town. Ayana was a great host—easy to communicate with and made sure everything was smooth. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, well-kept spot!

Edward was a gracious host, quick to respond too. I and my parents enjoyed our stay there. The house is beautiful, with an awesome backyard, where we spent slow mornings sipping tea and watching birds enjoy the feeder. I would come back here if I was in the area.

Great place to stay for a work trip! There is plenty of parking and great neighborhood. I would book again.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, ausreichend Platz und eine Küche in der man (theoretisch) gut kochen kann. Die Bushaltestelle mit dem direkt Bus nach NYC zum Times Square ist ca 10 minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber die Straße ist recht steil mit starkem Anstieg. Ansonsten alles super!! Nestor war hilfreich und hat immer schnell geantwortet bei Fragen. Der Eingang ist sehr privat und auch in der Gegend fühlt man sich nicht unwohl. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen und bleiben, sehr große Empfehlung! Vor allem für den Preis ☺️

I stayed at this Airbnb in Farmingdale for a wedding this past weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was super convenient and easy to find. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Rosa was communicative, friendly, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Farmingdale or nearby towns!

Frank’s place was exactly what we needed, perfect for a weekend getaway. Quiet location, easy commute to and from the city, with great stores and shopping options nearby. The apartment itself is very well equipped. The desk, chair, and whiteboard are wonderful additions: perfect for anyone working remote! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfy and we definitely enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer! Absolutely recommend 😊 Thanks Frank!

My sister and cousin occupied this unit (my husband and I were staying downstairs in another unit of Milton’s) and they loved it. The apartment was a great size…plenty of room for them. The bed was very comfortable. About a five minute walk to the subway…which got them to the theater district in about 20 minutes. Their only complaint was they found the stairs tricky to navigate with their luggage- the unit being on the second floor. Milton made check-in extremely easy and was a pleasure to deal with.

A fantastic location, minutes from Columbus circle train station. Also a fairly easy walk to 5th Avenue. Hells Kitchen & Midtown restaurant row. Th apartment was exactly as described & more. Super clean & everything we needed for our stay. Extra towels was a nice touch too. Thank you

Reynolds place has it all and is very comfortable. There wasn’t anything missing and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful

I just wanna make it clear to anyone that left a bad review because their significant other didn’t show up or stay the night after you bought them a chef and didn’t get a full refund after using the place for a full night. Your blasphemy. It’s a perfect place and Roma is an angel. It was a 10 out of 10 spotless and fully working place to be at and im glad I went had two of the best nights of my life. Loved it 😌

Nuestra experiencia en el hospedaje fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el inicio, Victor demostró ser una persona increíblemente amable, atenta y comprensiva. No solo nos brindó un espacio cómodo y perfectamente ubicado en NYC, sino que también se preocupó genuinamente por nuestro bienestar. El departamento es precioso por dentro: súper cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La cama es muy cómoda, la calefacción funciona de maravilla, la regadera tiene agua caliente excelente, y todo en general está en perfectas condiciones. Hasta la televisión fue un plus que disfrutamos mucho. ¡Y está súper cerca del metro! Un detalle que nunca olvidaremos fue su apoyo el último día, ayudándonos a encontrar un lugar seguro para guardar nuestras maletas, lo cual hizo que nuestro viaje terminara sin contratiempos. Además, tuvo una paciencia enorme cuando no logramos cumplir con la hora del check-out, siempre mostrándose comprensivo y dispuesto a ayudarnos. ¡Infinitas gracias! ❤️
