La casa está situada en un solar unifamiliar y consta de una casita de unos 35 metros con terraza, jardín ducha exterior, jacuzzi de temperatura ambiente y mesa de pimpón. Está situado a 1 Km de La Colonia de San Pedro, donde hay bares y restaurantes.
