Mr. Mehmet and his wife were very interested in everything they did their best to help. There are 2 toilets in the house, one in the bathroom. Complete kitchen supplies. There is a hair dryer, etc. Everything is working and the house was spotless. A peaceful and calm place where you can come and stay with your family and friends. The sea is very close to the beautiful house.

It was a very pleasant experience for us to stay in this house in Ayvalik. The house is completely in line with the description in the advertisement; it was very comfortable in terms of both its decoration and the amenities it provided. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was spotless. The location is very central, we could easily get to most places on foot. We especially appreciated the cute garden of the house. Ms. Nevay and Mr. Bülent are really kind and friendly people. They were caring and helpful throughout the entire process, and we felt very comfortable. In addition to getting to know Ayvalık, it was a pleasure for us to get to know two beautiful people.

Everything was as described and shown in the photos. Ms. Betul is a very caring and attentive host. The location of the house is perfect. I recommend to those who will come by car, they prefer the parking lot of the neighborhood market, the location is on April 13, Cd. 16. Sk. It is both very close to the house and has a daily rate of 70 TL and 140 TL for 24 hours. I also recommend eating pizza at Pizerria Pazza right next street, it was delicious.

I really don't know where to start, but I can say that it's clearly and by far my best and most comfortable Airbnb experience ever. In addition to being a good host, Ms. Belgin and Mr. Emin are great and beautiful people with all their sincerity. In fact, I can summarize that we are more glad to have met them than staying in a house like this and having a vacation. Due to another last-minute canceled reservation, we were homeless while we were on our way to Cunda, and even though our arrival time was 02:00 at night, they even met us with a smiling and informative house tour with Mr. Emin at that time. You can really feel at home rather than a normal vacation home or a hotel room. Very clean, spacious, overly peaceful and with everything you need. It's also incredible comfort that it's really 50 meters from the sea. Thank you forever for everything, see you again.

We had a great stay experience! Our host, Mr. Murat, was friendly, versatile and very knowledgeable. Thanks to his passion for fish and his hospitality, we felt very comfortable. Especially the grilled fish with the sauce she prepared were incredibly delicious! It also does a boat and fish tour when the weather is nice, which added a great experience to our stay. The area was quite calm during the winter season, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our host also had very detailed information about the area and gave us great recommendations. We felt like we'd known him for years. We would definitely recommend!

We found everything we needed in the house. It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great! You can walk just a few minutes to reach the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the seaside. Mr. Alper was very helpful, we could easily communicate when we needed it. Ezgi was always friendly from the first to the last moment, our life became easier due to the fact that the house was close to the harbor. The house was extremely well equipped, we were left to sleep comfortably in our beds. Ms. Sezin was tolerant, flexible, friendly and caring. Most details have been considered for comfort. The house is a convenient, cozy house with a 1+1 home status. We only had a little uneasiness in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, but it was solvable. It is a very calm, peaceful place, and it can be preferred if you have a short holiday. Transportation to the beach and grocery stores is quite easy. Air conditioning is perfectly sufficient.

It was a nice neighborhood in terms of location. It is also located in the city, away from the crowds of the city. 5 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk to the bazaar and bus station, 2 min walk to the nearest grocery store. The minibus stop passes through the lower street of the house and the passage to nearby neighborhoods is easily provided. The house was clean and tidy. Gürbüz and his Family were very caring. We thank them.

The amenities were very good, even a new washing machine was available. The place was very clean and the communication very friendly. I loved that there was someone in the house who you could address daily if you needed anything. And the possibility to communicate via whats app, which made it much easier for me. Host helped you with requests at all times. I highly recommend the place.

The apartment is extremely attractive for those who want to have a family vacation with its private and well-maintained garden, its view overlooking the sea, an airy location on a hill overlooking Edremit Bay, its spacious living room, useful kitchen, proximity to various grocery stores and shops, easy access to Bağlarburnu Beach, where you can both reach under the olive trees and enter the water. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Orhan. She was quick to respond to my messages, gave useful advice for places to visit and activities to do, and was available to help when needed. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Thanks to Gurbuz and Aydin bey for smooth and nice stay. Everything was the same as described. Very clean and cosy. We didn't use the kitchen, however there could be more cuttlery and cups (not glasses) :) Balcony is very spacious, we spent there every evening watching neighbourhood cats, who wanted to enter the house very much:))) It was very nice stay overall, thank you once again!
