Quiet, peaceful villa with sea view and Jacuzzi

In the tenth part of the site with sea view, the independent villa with 2.5 floors, 4 rooms, 4 double beds, 1 single bed and 200 m2 garden belongs entirely to our guests. There is a fireplace type stove, radiator heater and air conditioner in the winter months. Although the site has its own beach, the best bays of the region (Manal, Ayıbalığı, Korsan Beach, Ardıç Beach, Beyaz Kayalar) are 5-10 minutes away by car. Pets are not allowed

With generous living spaces and four bedrooms, it is ideal for families and groups of friends.

Beachfront mansion

Our beach house has been thought out to the finest detail for our guests. Our entire 100 m2 garden is covered with an automatic retractable awning. You can use this area in summer and winter, regardless of the weather. Our house consists of 3 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a full sea view. The floor is Italian marble and has underfloor heating.

In our guest house located in the center of Urla Demircili Village, you will find yourself in a very tasteful living space with a wonderful garden that is carefully decorated and only for your use, in the peace of village life and nature. The natural bays with the most beautiful sea of Urla are just 4 minutes away by car. You can also go by bicycle if you wish.
