The stay was enjoyable everything was near us. The walk to the beach is easy especially for the kids.

The well equiped house is 100m from a beautiful quiet beach. I could look onto the waves from my bed. The house and garden is serviced daily and is very comfortable for a vacation home. There is an alarm system and access to the village is controlled by the police on public holidays.

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Lorraine and Sarah!!! Lorraine went out of her way to ensure that our stay is very comfortable with her daily check-ins. The house was serviced daily (except on public holiday), which gave us a 5 star treatment. My kids were also very happy with our choice of accommodation. The beach ball was the cherry on top. Thank you so much Lorraine, Cindy and Sarah for making our year end family trip a memorable experience 🌸🌸🌸We would love to book your place again.

What a lovely home, rooms are spacious and clean, and the view is just gorgeous! Rachel who works there is so friendly and helpful, nice having her around. The area is very peaceful. You can see the ocean from most of the rooms and living area. The kids also enjoyed the house, garden and swimming pool. Would recommend this holiday home. Thank you!

Communication was great!

I like to give a 5-star review for this place and its many reasons, but I'll be brief. Communication with Doris and Samantha was good; they are well-deserved super hosts. We took the whole house for ourselves; it was spacious for a big family and group. All the amenities are good, and it's the best beach house I stayed in. Zenele the maid and Loyiso the Gardner was also very helpful, and the extra service you get from this place. The view is fantastic, and it's not a bathing beach but suitable for walking and fishing if you like, but it is a perfect private space for your holiday. The swimming pool is good if you travel with kids, and Loyiso cleans the pool daily. The kitchen is pretty equipped with everything you need to cook your food. Wifi is good as well. The Braai facility is also good and has plenty of outdoor furniture, making your stay in this beach house fantastic. All the rooms got Aircon. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy the beach house in Umalanga.

the place had great views. the house was spacious and well equipped. candice was great help with a last minute booking and gave us come great recommendations. Will definately be visiting again. A nice, secluded space with a private beach for a relaxing time.

What a stunning house! I loved the special things when we entered the house, like nice smelling candles burning, good coffee(Illy), biscuits. Interior sprays of good quality etc etc. The view was amazing!!!Everything we needed was there. Such a shame we couldn't make use of the outside area since it was raining but i hope to come back again. I will definitely advise people to stay over in this beautiful house.

A home away from home! We an amazing time, it was the perfect getaway in a great location with beach access which our kids loved. The house was an absolute gem and it was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us which made the experience a definite 10 out of 10!

We were looking for a place in Durban for a few days to serve as our base, for a family of 6. Having found and booked Amanda's place a few months before we were looking forward to the holiday. We were not disappointed. The house and service exceeded our expectations! We felt we had discovered a hidden gem in Durban north. The home was immaculate and we felt privileged to be let into a special space that had clearly had lots of care and attention put into it. The security of the home gave us peace of mind and our family enjoyed the piano, swimming pool and tennis court. Amanda and Rumbi (the housekeeper) attended to our every need and made us feel welcome.

This was one of the most of the amazing places I had a privilege of staying in. What a way to spend my last few day at home I really did love every about it I am grateful to Jennifer for everything The best 💕

We were a group of 8 and the house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space, clean and tidy and was just a great place to be. Highly recommended

House is excellent. Value for money. We had issues with our gate pass when checking out it had expired the previous day instead of the day we checked out. We lost 45 minutes stuck at a boom gate. The pool and the cinema cherry on top.clean house .
