House in Guaratuba in the Brejatuba neighborhood, 700 meters from the sea, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants. Accommodates up to 12 people with 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed, TV room, laundry area, 2 bathrooms, 2 uncovered parking spaces, integrated kitchen with barbecue, swimming pool, sunbathing terrace, very cozy, worth checking out. Note: no cleaning fee is charged, but it is necessary to leave the property clean. If you opt for the fee, the amount is 200 reais.

The house, inaugurated in 2016, accommodates up to 20 people, and is literally on the edge of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no bureaucracy. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two toilets, two large balconies and a barbecue grill. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always pleasant, but if necessary all suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

We value comfort and also respect for the neighbours, so loud noise is strictly prohibited – only ambient sound. We accept a maximum of 2 small pets

It has space for 3 cars and a frame pool (7 thousand liters). The porch in front of the house has a barbecue and sink. The rooms have a ceiling fan and curtains. In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.
