Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a beautiful Las Terrazas de La Torre golf resort. Surrounded by numerous pools and lovely greenery. Jack Nicklaus Saurine dessert style golf course. Supermarket and bar on site. Short drive to the nearest beach, approx 15 min. Nearby towns of Roldan, Balsicas or Los Alcazares have plenty of restaurants and facilities. Murcia airport is 25 min drive away and Alicante airport about 1 hour. Long lets up to 6 months available (excluding July & August)

Penthouse with spacious terrace + BBQ on private resort with 24/7 security. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, room 1 with bed 180x200, room 2 has 2 beds 90x200. Each room has a built-in closet with both clothes hangers and shelves. The bathroom has a bath and a towel dryer. The living room includes a table for 4 people, a nice sitting area and TV with blueray and google-chromecast. Terrace with table and chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers.
