Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Varmt välkomna till min gäststuga!

New holiday homes (2020-2021) located on a headland without neighbours in sight. Activities nearby: Isaberg Mountain resort, High Chaparral, Store Mosse National Park, Ge-Kås Ullared, Golf courses. Own small beach with boat and electric motor. Fishing with walleye, perch, pike etc. Private parking. Good and reliable Wi-fi. Plenty of mushrooms and berries.Sauna . Fireplace in the big cottage. Here you live in luxury but at the same time with the feeling "back to nature"
