Landvilla mit Garten und Steinbassin

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und wurde mit viel Liebe renoviert. Es liegt im malerischen Königsberg, umgeben von Fachwerkhäusern und Weinbergen . In unserem Garten lässt sich herrlich entspannen, Morgens wunderbar frühstücken, Abends zusammen sitzen und den feinen Wein der Region verkosten. Der ganze Garten lebt von einer provenzalischen Ausstrahlung. Das Anwesen war ehemals Wohnsitz der Chemikerin und Industriellen Dr. Auguste Kirchner.

Alte Schule, Ziegelsteinvilla um 1900 erbaut in Kirchfembach nahe Langenzenn. Helles Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Apfelbäumen vor den Fenstern und Küchenzeile. WC und Dusche separat. Wunderbar ruhige Lage am Waldrand, großer Garten, Baumhaus, Feuerstelle, gemütliches Wirtshaus im Ort. Möglichkeit am Yogaunterricht teilzunehmen. Obwohl es ein altes Haus in einem kleinen Dorf ist, gibt es schnelles wlan! 12 Zugminuten von Fürth, 20 Minuten nach Nürnberg via Südwesttangente oder Erlangen.

Beautiful villa in Bad Windsheim

You stay in a very nice appartement with two bedrooms, one of them is also a living room with a balcony and there is a large bathroom between both rooms and a floor. There is also a pavillon outside for warm days to sit. We are living in a quite, but central area. We love to make everything comfortable for you.
