Beachfront holiday rentals in Ban Tai

We recently stayed at Eco Bungalows, a serene little gem, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The place was squeaky clean, thoughtfully maintained, and equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. What truly set this place apart was its location amidst nature. Surrounded by lush trees, we woke up to the calming sounds of birds chirping and spent our days soaking in the peaceful, green surroundings. It felt like a much-needed escape from the hustle of everyday life. A special mention to Ido, who was warm, responsive, and helped us with everything we asked for. Everything was exactly as Ido had mentioned, if not better. His attention to detail and care for the guests really added a personal touch to our experience. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, nature-filled getaway, Eco Bungalows is a perfect pick. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Very pleasant place! We stayed for couple of days. The house was clean and well-maintained. It also conveniently located, close to the beach. Tania was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the helpfulness, Tania provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and scooter rental services. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

Our stay at the beach cabin was very nice! Catalin was super helpful and was immediately on hand if you had a problem (e.g. turn on the stove top, turn off air conditioning). We also got a water canister! The dogs sweetened us every day. Right in front of the cabin you could not bathe so well, but if you walk a little further to the left or right and continue to water, there are not so many corals/stones anymore. Catalin gave us a briefing for scooter riding and it was worth it! This allowed us to explore the island. If you want to cook more than one-pot dishes, you can get to your limits here, but with a stove top, microwave and kettle you can also do a lot of magic. Shopping is very close! All in all the best time of our vacation spent there. It was totally nice to listen to the sea in the dark in the evening and watch the geckos on the terrace. Recommend!

What an incredible place. If you are looking for some peace away from the throngs of tourists then this is your place. It was a perfect ending to 3 weeks travelling around Thailand with our kids and we didn’t want to leave.

I was so happy to stay at Marketa & Tomas’s place. It’s located in a quiet side street right by Hin Kong Beach, just a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants and the beach. Unbeatable location in Srithanu if you want to stay close to the center but avoid the busiest part. The apartment is spacious, clean and fresh. The only thing is the bed is hard, so if you’re sensitive to that you might find it uncomfortable. Marketa & Tomas are lovely, friendly people and super easy to communicate with. Happy to stay here again next time!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is right on the beach – a fantastic location, especially for families with young children, as the water is very shallow and is excellent for playing. The place was clean, well appointed and overall very pleasant. A small drawback was that unfortunately you could not always swim due to low tide and tide. Also, the accommodation is a little outside, so you definitely need a car or scooter for excursions or (larger) purchases (a 7/11 is right around the corner). The Melanie was very friendly, helpful and always responded quickly to our messages – that was really great! Overall a great place to stay for those looking for peace and proximity to nature.

The bungalow had everything we needed to see us through the stay and the visits from the local dogs was lovely....they were all very friendly and looked forward to seeing them return at night 🙂 Thanks for being so responsive and helpful when we needed you, very much appreciated. Great bungalow, lovely surroundings and walks close to small restaurants and the sunsets were beautiful. would definitely recommend a bike if you plan to stay, to help get around 🙂 Thanks again, we will be back!!

Mandred was an excellent host!! He took care of all our needs arranging transportation to and from the airport helped with baggage in and out of house . Recommendations for places to eat and any other questions we had. The house is amazing very beautiful and great views!! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Indu Siam. The villa was beautifully furnished with high-quality finishes and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff, especially Anna, were fantastic—attentive, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was peaceful and perfectly situated for exploring Koh Samui. We appreciated all the thoughtful details and clear guidelines provided by Davide to ensure a smooth experience. Highly recommended!

This place is just great! Starting with the location and modern decor, the hosts and the beach. We highly recommend the place. Hin Kong Beach was one of the most beautiful beaches for us and also the restaurants/ bars along the beach offered everything. The hosts take great care of one. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

Our stay at our Gecko Villa was perfect! The villa is exactly as pictured, if not better as there is new extremely comfortable interior and exterior furniture. The villa has all the modern comforts with attention to detail, the dip pool is perfect, the villa was spotless clean, love the exterior ambient night lighting, and the communication with our host Pam was so professional, friendly and super helpful from beginning to end. The villa is directly on Hin Kong beach however the design of the villas feel extremely private which is a massive plus. The location in the north of Hin Kong is perfect, nearby cafes, restaurants, fruit stores and convenience stores. We highly recommend to stay here and look forward to return! :-)
