Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. "Green Oasis" feel-good apartment (max. 5 guests + child)

We rent a cozy, friendly, bright apartment on the 1st floor of an old building with 2 bedrooms (1x160 bed, 1x 140 bed), a great kitchen and bathroom with shower & bathtub. The sofa in the living room offers a sleeping option (squeaks a little). The small town of Hagenow is located between the "Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve" and the "Elbe River Landscape Biosphere Reserve", and the cities of Ludwigslust and Schwerin can also be reached quickly by train. The Baltic Sea is only 1 hour away by car.

Spacious, bright studio with nature view

The 60 sqm studio is built as a "house in the house" on the upper floor of our barn. The apartment includes a loggia with wide panoramic windows, through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a fully equipped kitchen, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor with separate access.

Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

GDR bungalow in new splendor, very quietly located perfect for a little break. On the yard live a cat and 4 chickens. The Dümmer See can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes walking distance. Benches and a small swimming spot invite you to dream. Schwerin can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The Baltic Sea is about 1 hour away by car. A penny and a country bakery are only 6 km away in the neighboring village. Bakery also open on Sundays.

This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

You can park right outside the door. Shopping is just 1 minute away on foot. The Lewitz bike path on the Stör Canal to Schwerin is right outside the front door. Opposite, it goes directly into the beautiful nature of the Lewitz. Linens and towels are furnished.
