L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Si le calendrier indique moins de sept nuits disponibles, veuillez vous contacter.

40 m2 studio completely refurbished (2023), air-conditioned and very well equipped, south-facing, very bright, with magnificent views of the sea, in a 14-hectare park of fenced pine forest and guarded 24/7. The residence is equipped with a 25 m swimming pool, 3 tennis courts, a private port, and access to a pebble beach. Numerous walks on the coastal path with a succession of coves, 20 minutes' walk from the center of Bandol (all shops and activities), 5 minutes by car or shuttle.

No noise pollution, just the sound of the waves from Rayolet Beach (supervised beach with direct access). Port du Brusc and shuttle to Les Embiez nearby. Comfortable apartment (Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso, etc.) with private parking space.

Nice apartment facing the sea with south-facing balcony in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator access. Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.
